The book studies the subcontracting, intermediation and supply of labor regime regulated by Law No. 18,099 and 18,251. In turn, the excluded contracts, the figure of chain outsourcing, as well as the scope and types of responsibility, and the exercise of the information and retention rights that the main company has are analyzed.
The work carries out a detailed analysis of the position of jurisprudence in each of the points dealt with, and ends by developing some procedural aspects in the application of these norms.
