Professional experience
From 2009 to July 2015 Sofía was part of Sanguinetti/Foderé/Bragard Attorneys at Law, as a lawyer of the firm´s corporate department. She provided legal advice on regular company law matters, due diligence processes and M&A, regulatory law, mining law (obtention of mining permits and due diligence regarding the assignment of mining permits), financial law and software law, particularly negotiation of software agreements for banks and other financial institutions.
From July 2015 to mids of June 2021, Sofía was part of Ferrari & Associates Attorneys at Law. As senior lawyer of the firm, she provided legal advice regarding corporate and commercial matters, particularly on establishment of investment projects, joint ventures, due diligence processes, stock purchase agreements, financing transactions, regular company law matters, drafting of contracts, among others.
In addition to this, she has provided legal counsel regarding the request of permits and authorizations required for solar photovoltaic plants which were financed under Project Finance.
