A new edition of the “Practical Manual of Labor Standards” by Santiago Pérez del Castillo and Matías Pérez del Castillo was published.
It is the fifteenth edition, which has been updated with the collaboration of Pedro Gari, Diego Velasco Suárez, Felipe Lasarte, Ileana Borbonet, Juan P. Nuñez, Fernanda Mello and Chiara Carlevaro. All of them, members of the Pérez del Castillo Labor Department.
The objective of the manual remains the same: to democratize and facilitate access and understanding to a discipline that is as important as it is complex to approach.
An attempt is made to sober information on the normative reality and its recent changes, taking into account the opinions of the Courts and the doctrinal contributions that have emerged to adequately interpret and harmonize the new norms, in the whole of Labor Law and of Social Security.
